For each project, we emphasize early and thorough communication with permitting agencies.  We typically initiate communication with the appropriate regulatory agencies during the preliminary stages of document preparation.  As soon as preliminary design and environmental documents are available, we complete and submit the necessary permit applications to <strong>ensure<\/strong> that the <strong>required permits are obtained prior to the anticipated construction start date<\/strong>.
