discharge piping, valves, fittings, flow meters, and algae\/debris screens; pond influent rate of flow control station; ten pond inlet\/outlet structures with rough screens and isolation valves; sunshade structure, concrete equipment pad, and electrical panel air conditioning system; new SCE electrical service; remote telemetry unit and Plant SCADA integration; electrical switchgear; site piping; and site grading.<\/p>\n<h3>Services Provided:<\/h3>\n<p>Krieger &amp; Stewart provided design engineering services, including records search; design survey; preliminary design; hydraulic analyses; equipment selection; utility service application, design, and coordination; detailed design; and contract document preparation.\u00a0 Krieger &amp; Stewart also provided bid phase services and construction engineering support services to Eastern Municipal Water District, including field inspection of electrical, control, and instrumentation work;
